Customers, Passengers Responsiblitity
It is your responsibility to ensure you have chosen a correct type of transfer service.
Should an incorrect service or vehicle type was chosen, you agree to pay any additional charges incurred.
Vehicles for Hire
Subject to availability, every effort shall be made to provide the exact make and model of vehicle ordered. In the event of breakdown or accident, the next available vehicle shall be supplied.
Pickups in general
We provide 15 minutes complimentary waiting time for every pickup. Any additional waiting time will be charged in 15 minutes blocks.
Should you required extra time at airport, please advise at the time of reservation.
If no special pickup instructions are provided, we will work on actual landing time:
Domestic airport: the Chauffeur will be standby and meet you at kerbside 20 minutes after landing.
International airport: the Chauffeur will be at the Reception Hall 45 minutes after landing. And in most cases, the Chauffeur will provide with a name board for welcoming you inside the Reception Hall.
Airport transfer prices include 30 minutes for Domestic flights after landing, and 60 minutes for International flights after landing. Once the free waiting period ended, you will be charged at 15 minutes blocks, at a rate of $25.00 per every 15 minute block.
In case there are multiple pickups, complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes applies on the first pickup only. All additional pickups contains a complimentary waiting time of 5 minutes, any additional waiting time will be charged in 15 minute blocks.
HOURLY, AS DIRECTED TRANSFERS
There is No Complimentary waiting time.
No Smoking and Passenger behaviour
All Vehicles for the transfer service are non-smoking vehicles.
Passengers are not permitted to smoke in the vehicles.
Intoxicated, aggressive passengers will not be permitted to enter or stay in the vehicles, the service shall then be terminated and full charge applied.
Any antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. If a transfer service is terminated by such reason, no refund policy shall be applied, you shall then be charged in full.
Customers, passengers are liable for all damages to the vehicle.
No Show and Cancellation Policy
Once booked and confirmed, any cancellation notification will result in a 50% charge. Cancellation notice less then 24hrs will result in a 100% charge.
15 minutes complimentary waiting time plus a further 10 minutes waiting before the Chauffeur took off and considered your booking as No Show. Any No Show shall incur a full charge and no refund policy shall apply. Please specify should extra waiting time is required.
A minimum of 3 hours applies for Weddings.
A deposit of A$300.00 per vehicle is required on all bookings.
All bookings and theirs plans on transfer must be finalised at least 2 days prior to the wedding day. All Vehicles required for the transfer are considered as providing same type of transfer and same charges applied.
Any cancellation within 14 days before due will receive no refund on deposit. Cancellation outside of 14 days will result in a 50% charge.
Finalisation of General Booking
Payments for all general bookings are to be finalised upon confirmation of booking.
Any additional detour or additional pickup shall be finalised and payable at the final destination.
Baby seat shall be provided prior to pre-ordered in your booking, at the rate of A$15 each.
Waiting time, Overtime, Detour, Multiple Drops Charges
Applies to all bookings and at the rate applicable as per the vehicle ordered:
Sedan @A$25 per 15 minutes block (i.e. minimum charge 15 mins)
SUV (5 or 7 seater) @A$35 per 15 minutes block
Van or People Mover (up to 11 seater) @A$50 per 15 minutes block
Special Vehicles such as stretch limousines, minibuses etc., will be charged per 30 minutes block at rate equivalent to ½ hourly rate as per the vehicle type. (minimum charge 30 mins)
Tolls, Airport pickup tolls
All Tolls shall be included in our quotes unless specified.
For Domestic Airport pickups, we absorb the 1st 15 minutes toll in our quoted rate, calculated from the time your plane landed.
For International Airport pickups, we absorb the 1st 55 minutes toll in our quoted rate.
Any extra time incurred will attract extra toll as per Airport Pickup Toll charges.
Special Events parking
Parking Fees will be quoted as per venue and as per each organisations event parking policy.
All bookings are required to be paid upon confirmation of booking.
Credit Card Payment
All major credit cards and Cabcharge are accepted. Attracts a 5% surcharge.
Personal Cheque Payment
Must be finalised at least 14 days prior to the booking due date.
Bounced Cheques would incur a handling charge of A$50.
International Money Transfer attracts a A$30 bank fee.
